Terms and conditions

An initial meeting is held with a client whereupon the brief for the site is given. Once the client has agreed that Cyber Junction will build the site, an initial payment of 33% is required. Client approval of site concept triggers a further payment of 33%, with the final payment of 34% becoming due upon the site being made 'live' or at any point agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to insist that all sites are hosted on Cyber Junction servers for maximum security and control.

All html and cgi coding, including all and any web pages and scripts, remain the proerty of Cyber Junction until payment is complete.
